One star for the hard work in mastering the art of verbal apologies. Actions speak louder than words, and after three awful experiences with their service department, I decided to leave this review. My service rep (Damien) always makes me wait twenty five to thirty minutes after the completion of my service to complete my paperwork--so he can take new customers. You always have to raise your voice and ask for a manager to get the service rep to complete your paperwork. The average wait time for oil changes etc is way longer than other dealerships that I have dealt with--its their lack of staff and or system set up, along with lackadaisical service reps like mine. Customer relations managers in the service area tend to give lip service, and not address issues when complaints are made. It was much easier to actually buy the Rav4 than get it serviced in this dealership. My coworker had the same problems and we both have a solution. We will switch back to Hondas. We love Toyota cars but the aggravation in getting it serviced is not worth the free two years service. Owning a Toyota should be a great experience and the service department at Penn Toyota just continually kills the experience. You wonder how a family owned business can be run like this. More

From when i first stepped into Penn Toyota, i was greeted and treated in a warm professional matter. I got personalized service from the owner himself, Chris Penn, sales manager, Eric Shin and sales assoc, C and treated in a warm professional matter. I got personalized service from the owner himself, Chris Penn, sales manager, Eric Shin and sales assoc, Chris Koli. I can be fairly "picky" and indecisive and all three did their best to help me w choosing the right trim model that best fit my needs. I changed and also added several things to my vehicle, which def added to the process. But, everyone was more than patient and professional, in dealing w me. Eric worked tirelessly in dealing w my multiple calls and issues. Chris Koli was amazing n helped immensely, starting w my test drives, his input and getting me switched over frim my old vehicle and into my new one. Last but not least, Sean Haghigi was was beyond thorough and helpful in the finance and warranty aspect of my purchase. I've been in quite a few diff Dealerships and Chris Penn has First Class Establishment in Penn Totyota. Thanks Guys!!! More
