While we have a pretty good track record of providing very good service for our customers, there are occassions when we don't get things right and Mr. Kith's situation proves that while we try, we're not perfect. We do however stand by our committment to make things right by our customers, no matter what. In Mr. Kith's case, we just couldn't solve his issues, so we bought the car back and cancelled the sale transaction. We are sorry about the circumstances, have dealt with the process breakdown that caused them and did the right thing by taking the car back.
