They lie to get a sale I went here last year to buy a new CRV. I worked with Bertha & Muhammed. Both were very friendly and helpful, however they lied to me about several I went here last year to buy a new CRV. I worked with Bertha & Muhammed. Both were very friendly and helpful, however they lied to me about several things including how they could get me a CRV from another dealership equipped the way I wanted it, but it would be an out of state transaction, etc... When I called the other dealer in town, Garcia Honda, I found that they had CRV's scheduled to be delivered in a few days. If Performance had leveled with me and just told me they would be able to get me one but it would take a few days, (from Garcia) without the out of state tale, I would have bought from them. This was one of several misleading statements. When I went to Garcia, I felt they leveled with me and I was quite happy with the experience. I have used the service center at perfection and had a good experience. More
Disappointed 1 Year Later Bought a couple of new Accords here. First experience was great. Second. Not so much, in my opinion because I was a "return" customer. Just not domething I do. However, today I went in for routine service and during the visit was asked about upgrading. Wrong question. Having driven my 2018 Accord EXL for almost one year, and experiencing buyer's remorse on a daily basis, I shared my disatisfaction. As one could expect, I was given the VIP "we're going to make it right" treatment. Long story short, left 3 hours later... more disapponted than ever! More

Regular maint. service on my ‘15 CR-V went predictably well I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda’s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda’s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come in and getting me initially set up to work with a relatively new service advisor so that I might continue to have Sebastien as my Service Technician. Eddy was my Service Advisor and handled my time in Perfection Honda’s Service Department with the professionalism and respectful courtesy that I have come to expect each time that I have needed to have regular service (or the much less frequent repairs or warranty work) performed on the many Hondas that I have owned dating back to the mid 1970s at a whole slew of different Honda dealerships in three states (California, New Mexico, and Colorado). I appreciate how well Eddy handled my A 1,2,3 service on my 2015 CR-V. I also appreciated the opportunity to briefly speak with Sebastien about the work done and ask questions about servicing options, considering what had already been recently done in the past several months. That kind of communication is very meaningful to me. More
