While I appreciate that they can service my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, I was an irritated by the fact that I asked, and confirmed, the quote of $125 twice before they started work. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I was told it was $165. She said it was because of special oil that the car required. I understand that, so that is why I confirmed the price twice. One would think that once they knew the cost was more than expected, they would have contacted me to confirm I still wanted to move forward. While I could afford the price, what if I only had $125. It just seems very unprofessional to throw on $40 without speaking with the owner first. It definitely gives me some trust issues with this particular service department. More
