Toni did Great today! Much appreciated! My Jeep needed a low beam head lamp replaced. I came in through the Express Service lane and Toni met me there and explained the Much appreciated! My Jeep needed a low beam head lamp replaced. I came in through the Express Service lane and Toni met me there and explained the process. It only took about 50 minutes to get the bulb replaced as well as a complete vehicle inspection. I will take their service recommendations to heart and get that taken care of soonest. I enjoyed a complimentary coffee in the customer waiting area and Toni kept me informed on the status. First time at this dealership and they really impressed me. Thanks again Toni and to the service mechanic team for taking good care of my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. More

We didn’t know what kind of car we were looking for, but a wrangler was on the list. We decided to take the kids and head into Perkins to test drive one, and as we are getting into it, I find that there is a wrangler was on the list. We decided to take the kids and head into Perkins to test drive one, and as we are getting into it, I find that there is zero pressure with this dealership. That’s a big deal for me, because the second I start to feel pressured, I’m out the door with any dealership. Stephen Overcash was not just a knowledgeable and experienced salesman, he was helpful, honest and friendly on top of being so good with my kids, who were, rightfully so for the circumstance we were in, getting a little restless, and all of a sudden he’s joking with my kids and they were eating it up making the time pass fast. When it’s time for us to head back to finance for the part noone likes, Tamara, being the finance queen that she is, was so amazing with my family, and when I say I would seriously buy a car again tomorrow from this company, I truly mean that. She made the process so easy and smooth, despite it being a painful but necessary step. Between Stephen, Tamara and Perkins as a whole, we are a Jeep family now! Woohoo!! We won’t buy from anyone else!! That’s a fact!! More

Jacques was very helpful and friendly without any pressure. He had to make several trips to get different keys for the cars we were looking at and didn’t complain once. I bought a 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee L from Perkins in February. Since literally the day after purchase, I have had electrical issues and mechanical failures. Perkins refuses to take any responsibility or February. Since literally the day after purchase, I have had electrical issues and mechanical failures. Perkins refuses to take any responsibility or assist being and fixing the issues. They only refer me over to G who refers me right back to them. Joe especially is rude and unprofessional. I will never buy from them again. More
