The detail shop did a very very poor job preparing my truck for delivery. Dirt was all over the vehicle. I was called at 12:00 am and told that my truck was in and that they could deliver it around 2:00 truck for delivery. Dirt was all over the vehicle. I was called at 12:00 am and told that my truck was in and that they could deliver it around 2:00 PM I arrived at 2PM and at 5 PM they still had not finished all the paperwork to deliver the vehicle. The Sales Man Dicky Heckler got off work at 5:PM so I had to come back the following day to finish signing all the paperwork. The next day I finished signing all the papers and the sales man and I went out to the truck and started to go over all the options, when another customer of his drove up and he had to leave me to deliver a vehicle to another customer. 1. I ordered the truck special the way I wanted it. 2. I waited 3 month for it to come-in. 3. I Paid $83,000.00 for a truck and was treated like I was a burden to the Delership for buying/ordering a vehicle from Pete Moore Chevrolet. 4. I paid MSRP for the vehicle along with all the added Fees, Preps and Taxes. I brought up the Detail shop problem and a number of Pete Moore Employes said that they are aware of the poor quality of work the Detail shop does but that is just the way it is around here. I Ordered the Truck I Wanted and was willing to pay the price, however, Pete Moore sales team is Marginal at best The Detail shop is a failure, and I am not looking forward to working with the service center as I feel they to will probably be substandard. Only time will tell. More

Dealership was great. Went here after another dealership hadn’t updated their inventory and had sold another truck I was looking at.
