David Laughlin went above and beyond the call of good service in getting me into a car that not only promises to meet my needs but to fit in my budget. When a couple of quirks not of his making popped up and threated the deal, he dropped what he was doing to work it all out for me. I would certainly recommend both the dealership and the service you will receive from Mr. Laughlin. He even made sure I was introduced to a very friendly and helpful person from the service department who explained how the dealership can help me keep my "new" car in top shape in the future. I'm sure there are customers who would have helped Mr. Laughlin earn a larger commission by virtue of the monetary value of the car they purchased, but you wouldn't have known that by the way he treated me. I felt like the only person he was interested in through the whole process, and that interest in meeting my needs to the best of his ability is not something I take for granted or will ever forget.
