We always felt like we were in charge of the buying experience and never felt pressured to close the deal. Ben allowed us to test drive the vehicle multiple times. During the last test drive we notified Ben we wanted to purchase the vehicle. By the time we had returned to the dealer, less than 2 hours later, Ben and the finance department had competed all the required financing documents and all we had to do is sign them and drive away.
