Quick, Knowledgeable, Fair, & FRIENDLY! I stopped by Pete Moore Chevrolet not really knowing what I wanted to purchase, but needing a new (used) car due to a recent accident. I knew I wanted I stopped by Pete Moore Chevrolet not really knowing what I wanted to purchase, but needing a new (used) car due to a recent accident. I knew I wanted a mid to full size SUV with the style and performance I was used to coming out of a BMW 5 series. Chad Karahalios really knew his cars and was able to describe the functions of the vehicles we test drove. His comments on reliability and added features really helped me to make an informed decision. I was able to narrow my choice down to two vehicles and went home to think on it with no added pressure from Chad. I did my own research on the vehicles and discovered they mirrored everything Chad had told me! I went back the following day and chose a 2010 Cadillac SRX that was priced fairly and we closed the deal in less than an hour!! Chad had the vehicle completely cleaned inside and out and even topped off the gas for me! I discovered only after the purchase all of the other added benefits of purchasing from Pete Moore including the free nitrogen tire service for life, full service checkups, and 3 months of On star service in my vehicle to try out for free, just to mention a few! Great customer service & didn't talk to me like a dumb girl My recent car purchase started last week when after changing a headlight on my old car I realized I was past due to replace both headlight assemblies. My recent car purchase started last week when after changing a headlight on my old car I realized I was past due to replace both headlight assemblies. The seal on one of the assemblies was obviously cracked because there was condensation on the inside of the lens. So I called the service department at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet, where I got my Cobalt from, and asked if they could quote how much it would cost to replace both headlight assemblies. I was met with being told that they could restore my headlights for $100 (but would not respond to how that was going fix a broken seal), and that it would be verrrrry expensive to replace both assemblies (all I needed were the parts from JC Whitney for $120 and a 10mm socket wrench to change it out myself) but that he could work up some numbers and get back with me but all that I really needed was to have the lens cleaned. I never heard back from the Sandy Sansing Chevrolet service department. Then came the remnants of Hurricane Patricia and after the storm left the area, the clear coat on my Cobalt started to peel like sunburn. So I contacted Pete Moore Chevrolet and started working with Dickie Heckler. He rearranged his schedule to meet me sooner than originally scheduled, showed me every new and used Malibu I wanted to see, worked up three different offers, helped me narrow it down to two, never said a negative word against his competitor, was professional and courteous, never rushed me, did not have commission breath (I work in the real estate industry and see commission breath quite often) and did not talk to me like I was a dumb girl even though I'm on the other side of 50. Excellent car buying experience all around. More
