I had been searching for a new truck for months. I found a price online for the vehicle I wanted but it was located states away. I decided to print out the information and take it to local dealers in hopes a price online for the vehicle I wanted but it was located states away. After visiting all the car dealerships in my area I was giving up. One salesman at SS in Pensacola told me the price I found online was a lie; that no one would be able to come close to it. He laughed at me and told me to "go ahead and drive to that state just so they could hurt my feelings". Really? I decided to give Pete Moore Chevrolet a chance before I called it a day and I am so glad I did..... From the moment I walked in the door at Pete Moore there was a totally different atmosphere from all the other lots. I actually felt at ease and welcomed there. (Unlike the place I had been just 15 minutes before where they treated me like I was bothering them.) The entire Pete Moore group went above and beyond to make my experience a good one whether I bought a vehicle from them or not. There was no sales pressure, no overwhelming 'car control' to make me look at something I wasn't even there for. After the response I got from the last place, I was hesitant about showing them the print out I had. But decided I'd take a chance since I was pretty sure I wasn't going to get the price I wanted anyway. The salesman, Jeff Johnson didn't laugh. He worked diligently to get me close to the price I wanted and actually did much better. He found the exact truck I wanted somewhere else, went to get it, and in the mean time gave me a loaner vehicle so I could take my family out for lunch. When I returned the truck was waiting for me and the price was considerably lower than the internet price! And that was out the door! When we drove away in our brand new Chevy truck my daughter looked up at me and said, "That was so much fun Dad. Those people felt like family." I am thankful to the Pete Moore Chevrolet team Delmar Dice, Jeff Johnson and Jimi Koumalatsos for their professionalism and 'no hassle' service. I will definitely buy from them again and I recommend Pete Moore Chevrolet to anyone searching for a vehicle. More

I came to the dealership looking to see if a vehicle I found online was still in stock and had not previously spoken to a sales person at the dealership.
