I did have other companies e-mail me, but they were not as "on the ball" with their keeping in touch and giving me the attention I needed to make a new vehicle purchase. How satisfying it is to have found a dealership with ethics. This is also a letter stating how much of a tremendous job your service department/parts department did. They answered all our questions thoroughly and were patient to when it came time for payment. They treated my wife and I very well and they themselves were polite even though they were busy. Finally, I am the world's biggest skeptic and my first thought was, 'Okay, what's the catch?' Either that or this was just another way to get me in the door to a dealership where I'd lose my shirt trying to buy a newer car for our family. Well, I was dead wrong and I couldn't be more thrilled that I gave it a shot despite my initial reservations. I will NEVER buy another car any other way.
