Hatch Back Latch The latch on the hatch back has been acting up. The first time I was in it was replaced. After awhile the hatch back at times does not want to latch The latch on the hatch back has been acting up. The first time I was in it was replaced. After awhile the hatch back at times does not want to latch securely again. The service department spent a lot of time trying to figure out what is happening. It is only happening at times when we use it. It happened again today at my church when someone else was closing the hatch back after taking things out of my car. I immediately took it up to the service department but when I arrived, it was latched securely. Service department has me keeping a record for the next few weeks to write down when it happens , telling the temperature outside, time of day, if it been outside overnight vs being in the garage at night. I am so glad that the service department is taking me seriously. Just love Kenny and Jason and the men who try to figure this out for us. More
