This has happened in the past when the oil change alarm kept going off and the oil got changed, but the alarm kept going off later. More

When I dropped the car off there was a sign that advertised oil changes for $34.95. When I picked it up I was told there was an additional $5 for a "shop fee". Obviously not a large amount, but I think the sign was misleading. Several other services were recommended when I picked up the vehicle that I felt were unnecessary and the prices quoted were not competitive. I believe the quote for a tire rotation was $49.95. A local tire dealer did it for free. I was also disappointed that the car was not even vacuumed which is pretty standard service at other oil change establishments and two days after having my oil changed, my low tire pressure light came on and I discovered that all four tires were eight pounds under the recommended pressure. I doubt I'll have my car serviced by Phil Long again. More

Disapointing Went in for an oil change at the Quick Lane for the third time. Each of the other times I stopped in was told it would be 2-2 2/1 hours. Ok great. It was 2 1/2 hours. I was supposed to get your 27 pt inspection. Don't know if I got it or not. Nothing on my paper work indicated that I did. Nothing on my brakes, battery, tires. Nothing on the little sticker you put in the window to remind me of the next oil change. Not what I was expecting compared to other visits. More

Service appointment joke I had to make a head gasket recall service visit on my focus rs. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and requested a loaner since I live 30 miles a I had to make a head gasket recall service visit on my focus rs. Well I showed up to my scheduled appointment this morning and was that they don't have any loaners. What a joke of the company. They Lost Me!! Lost car!! I was in last week with low air in one of my tires. they found a screw. Good. They fixed it in about 20 minutes. Good. It took then 2 Lost car!! My service advisor was Alex Graylyn He came in to see me twice twice to ask my name and twice to ask my make up of my car!!! The Front desk had my paperwork all along. They called my husbands number who passed awayn recently But you couldn' walk a few feet away and come and get me! More
