Jamie Campbell assisted me in getting my F450 oil changed. When I pulled in Jamie helped me right away. After a little while Jamie came into the waiting lounge and explained to me that they needed to changed. When I pulled in Jamie helped me right away. After a little while Jamie came into the waiting lounge and explained to me that they needed to change the diesel fuel filters if they had never been changed before. I told they had not been changed and how much would it cost to do that. She told me the cost of changing the fuel filters and the oil change. I then asked her if they had any specials that would help reduce the cost. She said they did have something she could offer. At that point I did authorize the work for the fuel filters and the oil change. They were very efficient, and I got my truck back in about an hour and a half. They did a very good job, and no leaks were detected afterwards. Thank you, Jamie! I would recommend Jamie to anyone. More
