This service dept is horrible. They lie and and say your car is fixed when it's not. I've had my 2022 Hyundai sonata up there several times with no resolution for this supposed cab They lie and and say your car is fixed when it's not. I've had my 2022 Hyundai sonata up there several times with no resolution for this supposed cable that even the master tech can't figure out. Complete frustration to spend over $30k on a car and have it in the shop 8 times within a year. More

They lie to you about offering leasing options (they raise the MSRP high enough that leasing isn't an option) they also claim you sign a document that lets them hit your credit 19-20 times, (the documen raise the MSRP high enough that leasing isn't an option) they also claim you sign a document that lets them hit your credit 19-20 times, (the document only talks about APR agreed to) so our average credit is now crap thanks to them. So they will lie and hit your credit a ton, then lie more. More

Extremely rude and unhelpful parts man that answers the phone. He actually giggles and laughs at customers that are asking questions related to transportation that is critical to the customer.
