2025 Santa Cruz wouldn't start, only 850 miles on vehicle. Was determined to be battery issue. Went to dealer to have battery replaced. Was charged $378.00 for new battery, should have been replaced vehicle. Was determined to be battery issue. Went to dealer to have battery replaced. Everyone was great and friendly. However the wait time for financing took almost 3 and 1/2 hours which was insane. Also my credit was ran at least 12 time which is also a bit much.
