Charlie was great at checking out my tire that I had to keep refilling with air. Got a new tire and it came with a road hazard warranty. Brought the car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Found out that it also needed a rear wheel alignment. Charlie had me out of there in a very short period of time! Great visit! rotation. I’ve been going round and round with Phil Long. They tried to screw me over finally I got him to do the right thing then I was asked to do a good review as soon as I did the good review because the They tried to screw me over finally I got him to do the right thing then I was asked to do a good review as soon as I did the good review because they fixed the original problem which was a blown clutch a few days after I bought the used car from him I find the people rude and dismissive, even when I went in to talk to somebody while I was talking to the manager, he stopped talking to me to tell one of the employees that he needs to speak to them later I also got yelled at by one of those service people because I sent emails and she didn’t respond so I called the phone number on the email and she yelled at me for using her personal cell phone number, which like I said was on the email. When she did text me back granted in ALL CAPS. that there is a death in the family. I totally understand that which means because something happened to you personally in your personal life that you just completely forget about your responsibilities. I’m not seeing that you have to work, but at least let people know that you aren’t in the middle of something at work and need somebody to handle it for you not just blow off the customer that you have been talking to and that has been upset with you for a while. I mean, I can go on and on, but if you notice Phil Long owns a lot of stuff in Colorado Springs so they don’t really care. They know that they’re gonna get somebody else to buy the car. So my final word is. DON’T BUY FROM PHIL LONG THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALES DONE More
