I dont know I dropped my truck off on Thursday morning to have the oil changed got a call that it was ready to be picked up. Came got it nothing was said if it needed anything, Sunday morning my battery was dead, could any body tell it was stating slow or anything? No recommendation at all, I was told by a friend that one of my tires was bad, but nothing was said by your tec. Would you recommend anyone? More

Dropped my vehicle off for an accessory add on at 8am. Didn't get my vehicle back until 2:45 pm. I called to check on it twice was given no answer. I was told during the first call that someone would call me back. 2 hours passed with no answer. I called back and no one could tell me the status of my vehicle again. Finally, I was told that the computer was updating my truck to cause the accessory to work. It took 6 hours and 45 minutes to add fog lamps to a vehicle. This should not have taken so long. Especially with an appointment that was made a week earlier. Too Long! More
