Took too long This was my first time to "stay" while my oil was being changed. They asked me when I came in if I was staying and I said yes. After an hour and a half I went and checked on it. They apologized and got it done right away. I don't know if the person checking me in didn't pass on that I was waiting for it, or not. I was not told why it took so long. They did, however, take $12.95 off the total cost because of it. I'll be back, but I'll probably not wait the next time. More
