I gave Phil Wright Autoplex in Russellville, AR a bad review about a truck we bought there which had a factory defect and they were going to repair it. I later discovered that the dealership and the cler review about a truck we bought there which had a factory defect and they were going to repair it. I later discovered that the dealership and the clerk there did their best to get the truck in and fixed through the warranty-- it was Empire Auto Rental in Conway and the warranty business who proved problematic in not being honest about contact with the dealership. Phil Wright dealership immediately got in touch with us solve the problem and I apologize to them for giving them a bad review because I had gotten erroneous information. The dealership has been great about contacting us and dealing with the problem. More
