Sales side was wonderful. Jury is out on parts department and service, parts were in for several days, but no one knew till I stopped by to check. Then a 2 hour install turned into 2 days. And when I got it home, I had to make adjustments to get it to lock! So I'm not too sure about service, Nobody even took the time to show me how the product works. More

Had some problems with the 2017 Cadillac ATS. Dewayne and his staff took care of all the problems. Had to order parts, but the wait was worth it . Everything was still under warranty.
