On 09/29/2020 I took my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had 0730 AM appointment. Was there by 0715 AM waiting. At 0730 AM was called in for some final paper work to start oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had 0730 AM appointment. Was there by 0715 AM waiting. At 0730 AM was called in for some final paper work to start service appointment. Was there about one hour and they said my vehicle was ready. Had a discount card for this service which I gave employee when I first checked in. Paid cashier and left. Experience was GREAT! Will continue to go back to Phil Wright Autoplex Russellville, AR for my next service visit. More

This is the second time my lug nuts were left less than snug. The first time, I didn’t know about it til I lost one, then found others loose. I have had this 2019 GMC Sierra in the shop 4 times for the same problem, transmission,shifts hard about 2 times a week while driving, first time they said there isn’t a problem, the second time they drai the same problem, transmission,shifts hard about 2 times a week while driving, first time they said there isn’t a problem, the second time they drained transmission fluid and put a different kind of fluid in, the third time they said it was a computer reboot, then the 4th time they said it is just a characteristic of the truck, it’s always going to do it, and that some cup is not filling up in the transmission, for me to let it warm up longer before driving. Well guess what happened the next time I drove it, yes the same hard shifting, you would think that if you spent 50000 on a new truck that it would drive better. I am not happy .
