Very Pleased I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation two days prior and when I arrived a little early for my appointment, they immediately took my truck back t I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation two days prior and when I arrived a little early for my appointment, they immediately took my truck back to start on it. I only waited around thirty minutes and they came and got me from the waiting room to let me know they had finished. My engine light came on shortly after we entered Arkansas. The next day, I called Phil Wright Autoplex and spoke to Dewayne. He said they could look at it. I drove an hour to get there and Dewayne and Larry got my truck right in and addressed the issue. I was heading back to camp an hour later. Awesome customer service!!!! More

Still waiting.................. Vehicle was dropped Monday morning for repairs. I stopped by Wednesday morning to find vehicle in parking lot. Took mechanic for ride with my opinion of cause. End result: replaced the part I diagnosed. Vehicle sat for two more days for computer tech to troubleshoot. Picked up vehicle late Friday afternoon incomplete repairs. Summary: 5 days to replace a master cylinder that I diagnosed for them; reset of tire sensors noted but not done; balance of concerns remain unaddressed. More

Dropped my vehicle off for an accessory add on at 8am. Didn't get my vehicle back until 2:45 pm. I called to check on it twice was given no answer. I was told during the first call that someone would call me back. 2 hours passed with no answer. I called back and no one could tell me the status of my vehicle again. Finally, I was told that the computer was updating my truck to cause the accessory to work. It took 6 hours and 45 minutes to add fog lamps to a vehicle. This should not have taken so long. Especially with an appointment that was made a week earlier. Too Long! More
