Fantastic hassle free experience! I contacted Rami by phone because of the experience my entire family had and I was not disappointed. When I told him on the phone what I was looking f I contacted Rami by phone because of the experience my entire family had and I was not disappointed. When I told him on the phone what I was looking for and when I'd be there he had a vehicle brought into the dealers detail shop and ready for me to look at because it was raining out. He tried his best to get me in that vehicle but I was unable to make the deal because of my situation and certainly not because of his lack of trying to make it work within my financial scope. But what he was able to do was work with me and get me into a beautiful SUV that fit everything that I needed. It was a great experience that made purchasing a vehicle very pleasant. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to start at Phillips Chevrolet and ask for Rami because it's worth every minute during a car buying experience. Also Angel Santana and the finance guy Matt helped along the way in their areas of expertise. More

I have never been so humiliated by a salesman I visited Phillips Chevrolet to purchase a new Silverado. I have bought 5 vehicles from Phillips in the past 12 years and have always been very happy I visited Phillips Chevrolet to purchase a new Silverado. I have bought 5 vehicles from Phillips in the past 12 years and have always been very happy with their sales staff. Prior to my visit I spent time on the Internet and knew what my trade in value was. Upon making the deal the used car manager came to me with an offer about $7,000 less than what my research had shown the vehicle was worth. When I told the used car manager that we could not make a deal unless they came up in their offer he stood up and pointed at me then shouted across the showroom, "bring him his keys, get this guy his keys!". I was pretty embarrassed by this. I will never deal with Phillips Chevrolet again nor would I recommend them to anyone. More

Another great experience! We have been going to Phillips Chevy and seeing Rami for 7 years and we will always go back to this dealership and him for any future cars! Rami ALWAY We have been going to Phillips Chevy and seeing Rami for 7 years and we will always go back to this dealership and him for any future cars! Rami ALWAYS takes care of us like family. I never feel like he's "just selling us a car". He explains ALL options and I never feel like anyone at this dealership is ever pushy! It was my daughters 3rd birthday when we just bought our Traverse and Rami had a lot of the staff bring her balloons and little gifts. Cutest thing ever! They even helped watch our kids while we were in the finance office (which by the way was super fast and smooth) Rami is amazing and so are the rest of the people at Phillips Chevy! Thanks for another great car! More
