Excellent New Car Pricing and Sales Performance On 4/21 evening, we saw the low pricing of a 2015 Traverse LTZ on Cars.com but the dealership website didn't reflect this so we decided to check the a On 4/21 evening, we saw the low pricing of a 2015 Traverse LTZ on Cars.com but the dealership website didn't reflect this so we decided to check the availability via the Cars.com online inquiry. Liz was our online contact that responded the next morning via email and text so we setup a time to come see it. We drove about 2 hours the same morning (4/22) to view this Traverse but didn't realize it was a GM and dealership discounted vehicle special. Terrell greeted us and found Liz to hand off the discussion and vehicle details. Lucky for us that we got there in time because while we were there discussing, test driving, and negotiating other sales people had customers coming in (and calling) about this vehicle special. Terrell was very helpful and pleasant to work with including no pressure discussions and courteous including offering drinks and snacks (we settled with just some water; later realized he was paying for the drinks out of their vending machine). We knew the new vehicle was a really good deal so we did not negotiate at all there, but the used 2012 Sienna was a different story. Terrell worked hard with Eric to get a better trade-in price for us. It took a few comparable listings for Eric to come up in price a bit, but we settled on a fair deal. Terrell helped with OnStar setup and overall settings/configurations of the Traverse options. Mark, in finance, was a very pleasant person and processed our paperwork quickly. The total time spent at Phillips was about 4 hours, from start to finish. After dinner in town, we noticed the headphones and DVD remote were missing so we notified Terrell and he's been working hard to replace them for us when we come back up next week. He has been very responsive via phone and email to facilitate our needs. We would definitely work with Terrell again. Purchasing our Traverse was well worth the drive to Frankfort. Buying a new car I was scared to do cause I have three kids so price was a big factor for me and my family. But Bryan got me the car I wanted, the color I liked, and at I price I was comfortable with. From the very beginning we were put at ease, was given information regarding our trade-in of a 2011 Equinox, and was walked through the step of purchasing the Traverse. Rami was so knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale and financing of the vehicle. There was never a moment of pressure or uneasiness. Once the vehicle was purchased, Rami helped with the syncing of our phones and the OnStar setup. Matthew, in finance, was a very pleasant person.
