A great place Buying a new vehicle can be a weary task. I had spent a lot of my time on my off days from work driving from the north side to the south side of the Buying a new vehicle can be a weary task. I had spent a lot of my time on my off days from work driving from the north side to the south side of the city. I ended up at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort Illinois. If I could go back in time I would have started here instead . A large inventory to choose from, easily accessible and most of all the buyer seller experience was more than I could have expected. My salesman Stephen Robertson was friendly, patient and as professional as a salesman should be. He went the extra mile in my case and took pride in his job and I have to say that it was pretty rewarding to see. I also had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman by the name of Dan Costello. He too was very professional and made the car buying experience effortless. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership and its employees. Truck caught fire after being serviced I would never buy from here or get my vehicle serviced from them I took my CPO 2011 Silverado to be serviced for a driver door lock short and after be I would never buy from here or get my vehicle serviced from them I took my CPO 2011 Silverado to be serviced for a driver door lock short and after being serviced I drove 5 mins home let the truck sit for 4 hours started the truck up a couple of blocks later the truck is on fire and a total loss. If you have a chevy seek other dealerships to get yor service like mike Anderson or Apple. You've been warned. More
