I was in Working with Bill Goldrick (Sales Consultant) at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort Illinois was an extremely pleasant and rewarding experience. I was in the market for a used car to use as my daily commute to work. I was looking for a newer used car, replacing a 1998 model with almost 200,000 miles on it. Phillips Chevrolet had a large selection of vehicles in various price ranges available. Bill understood exactly what my goals were and the price range I was wanting to stay within. He proceeded to show me numerous cars that met my requirements. After taking them for all for test drives, which took a fair amount of time, during which Bill was a fun and enjoyable during the time it took to try them all. I narrowed it down to my choice , a 2011 Chevrolet Cruz. Bill was able to secure an excellent price on my trade-in vehicle, (not the 1998 vehicle that I was replacing), which provided me with some cash back at the end of the process. I took delivery of the Chevrolet Cruz that evening, the dealership took care of the transfer of plates and I have been enjoying the car since. The next time I am in a market for a new or used vehicle, I definitely will be going back to see Bill Goldrick and the staff at Phillps Chevrolet in Frankfort. More

I thought he was very polite, kind and extremely helpful. He gave me a tour of the dealership which I thought was really nice. Some salespeople at other dealerships can be very pushy and annoying Tyler took the time to make sure I was very comfortable as I was trying to decide if I should buy a car. Tyler went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. I am so happy with my 2011 Chevy Cruze. We had picked out a particular Malibu to suit the color exterior and interior which were what she desired. Your website vehicle inventory was easy to work with and the entire visit was great. I had hoped my 8 year old Impala LT was worth more than offered but, did not object to the final cost. On returning to Phillips on May 7th to pay the balance due, all employees I encountered in the Showroom and on a visit to the Service Department were friendly, informative and helpful answering questions I had. Sorry, I'm not good remembering names. I plan to have my Service at Phillips because having been a customer of Ridgeway Chevy for many years I found that it is practical to practice preventive maintenance and who knows better than the Dealer Service Department .
