We worked directly with Rami Alamawi. He was a very knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST sales person. This was very refreshing as he gave us a great deal and was very helpful in our decision to purchase a vehicle at this location. The process to test drive vehicles was a quick and easy process. Rami was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Found a 2014 Chevy Impala with a great price on their website and decided to take a trip to Phillips to see what kind of deal I could get with just my trade-in and no cash down. Pulled onto the lot and was greeted by salesman Joe Hamdan. Told him exactly what I was looking for,gave him the stock number of the car,and with a little searching ( Phillips has a huge lot with hundreds of newly stocked vehicles ) he located the car. Joe insisted that I take the car for a test drive. Gave him my D.L to copy,and with that I was off. Instantly fell in love with the car. Returned with the car,went inside and met up with Joe at his desk. Started to work out the payments and with a little finagling,I got a better deal than where I needed to be!!! I couldn't believe it!! Joe and Mark did a great job to get me in that car that night! And all of this took place in a little under and hour and a half!! From driving onto the lot,to driving off the lot with a brand new car! It was amazing! Joe Hamdan and Mark Catuara.... 2 great guys who made it all happen. I couldn't thank them enough! Phillips Chevrolet is the Best We went to Phillips to buy a Chevy. Steve Peterson was the salesman who took care of us. We left without a car, but came back the next day to see Steve. We had such a wonderful experience with him we wanted to buy a car from him. We really wanted a Ford Edge and wanted Steve to find it for us. Imagine going to a Chevy dealership to buy a Ford. Both Steve and Rafat were so helpful, they made this car buying experience a joy. They answered all our questions and concerns. I would defiantly go back to Phillips to buy my next car, and I have even sent my family members to Steve.
