We shopped online for two months looking for the right deal on a new Chevy Malibu. Phillips Chevrolet had the lowest internet price I could find within 100 miles of our home, so we drove up to look at the deal on a new Chevy Malibu. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mike Ferris, the sales rep we would be working with. Our experience with Mike was outstanding, a nice and knowledgeable guy who answered all of our questions in a timely manner and did everything on his end to make sure our experience was second to none. From Lisa, who answered my phone call, to Mike Ferris, our sales rep, to Brian McMahan the general manager, to Eric Sieloff in finance, this is a class act dealership. I had a very vague idea of what I was looking for in a car. When I arrived at the dealership I was previously recommended to Steve Peterson. He was extremely patient with me with my indecisiveness. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer very single question I had. He continued to personally assist me and suggest models to me during my time away from the dealership. Knowing he was putting all his time and effort in ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle to my needs, and wants helped reduce my stress immensely. Within the same week I returned to the dealership to purchase my vehicle. He found a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic Lt which met all my requirements. During the test drive he showed me very aspect of the vehicle and I was sold literally. The price absolutely fit what I was receiving, I had no hesitation about the price. The process of the paperwork went quickly, and Steve explained all the terms to me in great detail. I will definitely be returning to the dealership to shop for future vehicles as long a Steve is there. He always had a warm and inviting smile, and the experience was like I was shopping with a friend.
