Phillips Chevrolet was by far the best dealership out of the 3 I visited. Rachel was a great salesperson, low pressure and very friendly. The finance manager was outstanding. The last time I purchased a vehicle, I was hounded as soon as I walked in the door and practically stalked while looking at the inventory. Then I was pressured to purchase a vehicle by the sales manager soon as I walked in the door and practically stalked while looking at the inventory. Then I was pressured to purchase a vehicle by the sales manager. I came to Phillips Chevy looking for a better, more personable and friendly experience, and I got just that. My sales person, Brian Kramer was phenomenal! He asked questions to find out about me and what I was interested in to best suit my wants and needs. He never pressured or hounded me to make a purchase, but made himself available for any questions I had without being too pushy. Once I selected a vehicle, Sales Manager Mark Cataura helped get to a price and payment I was comfortable with, giving me options without demanding anything in return which I was grateful for. Eric from the after market dept. stepped in to speed up the process before moving to finance. He was excellent in explaining the products I was interested in. Then we moved into the finance dept. with Yasin Yassin and he went through our contract quickly but efficiently, answering all of our questions as they arose. Our salesman Brian Kramer walked us out, thanked us, and has called my home to personally thank me and make sure I was happy with my purchase. He also asked if I had any questions about my vehicle he could answer and said if I have any questions at all I can call him or Mark and they'd be happy to help. I had a very good experience with the staff and love my purchase. More

This was our first experience at Phillips. Our favorite person ever, John Smidt invited us over to the dealership. We were having a problem with our Lexus tire and John said come by and he'd take a look fo person ever, John Smidt invited us over to the dealership. I've been wanting to get back into an SUV. Then we met Joe Hamdan, he took us for a test drive and we loved it. Joe was very helpful and a joy to work with. So.....we decided to trade in our Lexus. Next we met Mike Darge, very nice guy as well. Ryan Swindle, I found out after the fact, went to school with my daughter. Ryan, I knew your name was familiar. Onward to Phil Jarad. At this point I've spent a great deal of quality time with the Phillips team. Phil was great as he worked on up selling me. (Mike, Phil needs a new printer!) All in all, for the experience, all be it long, was fun to get to know everyone. Phillips is very blessed to have John Smidt on the team! He changed our minds from years of driving Lexus vehicles to new Chevy owners! The Beery's look forward to our new relationship with Phillips. More

Joe Hamden was extremely knowledgeable and patient. If Joe was unsure of something he made sure to find out the answer.
