I had visited the dealership about three weeks before the purchase but due to time contraints, I was not able to do a test drive or anything. The Saturday before Thanksgiving, I got a call from a salesman at purchase but due to time contraints, I was not able to do a test drive or anything. The Saturday before Thanksgiving, I got a call from a salesman at the dealership encouraging me to come. I told him I would be in by around 1:00 pm or so. Well, I showed up. I wasn't able to meet with the salesperson who called me but he introduced me to Ryan Singletary. After getting all of my information, we discussed the kind of vehicle that i wanted and would work best for me. Before arriving at the dealership, I had previewed a couple of SUV's that I was interested in. I was able to test drive both of the trucks and had kind of decided on one. Ryan started the paperwork and kept disappearing. When he returned, he asked me to take a walk outside with him. I passed the vehicle that I thought I was buying and was a bit confused. We get to this 2013, BLACK EQUINOX. Ryan says "give me a high five 'cos this is your new ride". I said "WHAT???!!" I was completely surprised. It had the options that I wanted and needed. A few hours later, I was in my truck and on my way home. I remember telling Ryan that my plan was to leave the dealership with a vehicle (as I had about three contacts with the dealership and did not follow through). Ryan made that happen. Well, being a previous Equinox owner, I was really was not planning to buy another Equinox (only because I do not like to buy the same car consecutively, not because there was anything wrong with the car) not planning to buy another Equinox (only because I do not like to buy the same car consecutively, not because there was anything wrong with the car), but, I walked out with a new one! Albion in aftermarket was also knowledgeable and personable. He asked me questions and then offered recommendations to meet my wants and needs in the new car. Finally, Matt in finance remembered me from two and a half years prior when he helped with my last purchase. Matt offered me sound options such as gap protection that gave me piece of mind and protection that best fit me financially. The dealership is about 30 miles from my residence but the staff and service are worth the drive. I plan on purchasing an Equinox there later this year as well and plan to work with Eugene, Matt and Albion again. Great work gentlemen! More
