On 3/13/13 I came into Phillips Chevrolet seeking a used vehicle for my granddaughter. I received the best service from Ryan Singletary, he assured me that he could help me and he did. I was interested in a 2008 Impala LT that was in mint condition but had just begun my search and wanted to check other locations and check back with him in a few days. He was so very professional and went as far as to check credit while I was there to assure me that I could walk away that day with the vehicle. also by the time I got home several hours later he had already called & left a message that he was available to answer any further concerns I may have regarding my earlier visit. I did go back on 3/14 as I was impressed with the service from Ryan and the price was right. Ryan was not in at the time but I was greeted by Eugene Wilson who was just as friendly and professional as Ryan so I sealed the deal with him. These two young men were great representatives for Phillips Chevrolet and I am so very pleased with the purchase - I will certainly keep you in mind for my future purchases and spread the word of your quality service to family and friends. By the way, my granddaughter loves her car!!!!!! More

I was looking to find a car to fit into a tight budget, but still be practical enough to last me for more than three years. Joe started showing me around and let me test drive a car. I went to Phillips Chevrolet shopping for a used British-style roadster convertible to enjoy as a toy for the summer. I had narrowed down my list of cars through internet research and headed three British-style roadster convertible to enjoy as a toy for the summer. I had narrowed down my list of cars through internet research and headed three hours across the state to look at five cars in the Chicago area. Phillips had the last car on my list - an '05 Mazda Miata. It took most of the day to see the other four cars scattered around the city, and we got to Phillips about an hour before the posted closing time. The car was in outstanding condition - far better than all others seen that day - and the price was very fair. Chris was excellent - very knowledgable about the car, very professional with negotiations. He did not behave like a stereotypical used car salesman, but acted more like a consultant trying to understand and meet our needs. There was no time pressure, no sales pressure, no deceptive song-and-dance. My wife and I were about the last ones out of the dealership that night, but we were never made to feel like we were causing anyone to stay late. Chris even recommended a good pizza place where we could grab a bite before taking a long trip home with our new car. Next time we're looking for a car, we'll check Phillips inventory first and save ourselves some time and effort. More

I recently went into the dealership to see how they could match a quote from another dealership, they not only matched it , they gave me a great deal. Sam is a very personable person and if I was ever in ne match a quote from another dealership, they not only matched it , they gave me a great deal.
