Well, being a previous Equinox owner, I was really was not planning to buy another Equinox (only because I do not like to buy the same car consecutively, not because there was anything wrong with the car) not planning to buy another Equinox (only because I do not like to buy the same car consecutively, not because there was anything wrong with the car), but, I walked out with a new one! This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Phillips in Frankfort. Eugene in Sales called me months prior checking on my satisfaction and to see if he could help me with any new vehicle needs. Albion in aftermarket was also knowledgeable and personable. He asked me questions and then offered recommendations to meet my wants and needs in the new car. Finally, Matt in finance remembered me from two and a half years prior when he helped with my last purchase. Matt offered me sound options such as gap protection that gave me piece of mind and protection that best fit me financially. The dealership is about 30 miles from my residence but the staff and service are worth the drive. I plan on purchasing an Equinox there later this year as well and plan to work with Eugene, Matt and Albion again. Great work gentlemen! More
