Sam Darwish sold me a used 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. He explained the vehicle's history to me including prior owners, Carfax report with service history and service performed on the vehicle by Phillips. He was honest with me from the start and did not pressure me into a purchase. He was friendly and professional throughout the process. I brought the car home and had problems with the after market alarm system installed by the previous owner. The car would not start. Needless to say I was not happy. I called Sam and he immediately stopped what he was doing, arranged to have the vehicle towed back and assured me the problem would be corrected. He was very apologetic and kept me informed throughout the day. I know he had no way of knowing about this issue and he ensured the dealership identified the problem and corrected it immediately. A wire was disconnected from an amplifier that was removed and was causing a short. Sam also assured me that any problems associated with the alarm system or aftermarket wiring installed by the previous owner would be taken care of at no charge in the future. I got my car back the same day and it works perfectly. I believe I got a good deal on the Pathfinder, which only has 58,000 miles on it with all maintenance records provided. This problem was frustrating but was handled in a responsible and professional manner. I will be a return customer and will recommend Sam Darwish to any friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Although I purchased a Buick Enclave at a Chevy Dealership, my salesperson, Joe Luque, was very knowledgeable with experience at Phillips Chevrolet. I needed to return to the service dept. for wheel balancing and when the time frame was conflicting with my work schedule, Christine in the service dept. and Dan arranged for a loaner which Sarah quickly provided. I have already mentioned this outstanding service to several of my co-workers who were amazed that I was provided with a loaner. And thank you for the car wash when my vehicle was ready for pick up.
