All of that changed when I walked into Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort and met my salesam Albion Balaj. So I'm a female in my early twenties and don't know much about cars. With that said a lot of salesman can try to pull a fast ond on me because I don't know any better. Albion was extremely professional, FAST, and very informative. Ive had many experiences where I am not taken seriously possibly because of my age where people assume I dont have money so they ignore me. That was not the case at all with Albion. Albion made me feel at ease during the entire process and answered every single silly question I had. I ended up buying a beautiful 2012 Camaro and couldn't be happier with my car and the outstanding service I received from Albion and the entire Phillips Chevrolet family!
