From the first encounter online with Samantha, who answered all my questions by email, and gave me a very nice quote to Paul the salesperson who walked me through the entire sale, I was put at ease. They treat you like you are the only customer in the place! Paul was extremely informative, no high pressure, he was not at all condescending, like I have seen at other dealerships, and Friendly. Paul was excellent at putting together the features I wanted and some add-ons, the price I was quoted,was the price I got for the exact car I wanted, They gave me a very good price on my trade-in also! Everything was very high tech,a little intimidating for me, But Paul walked me through all the features(very patiently). I can't say enough good things about Paul, He is Awesome! All the staff there were so nice,the place is neat & clean and very welcoming! I worked also with Ryan in finance. Excellent service! Very Friendly! He knows his stuff! I had a short encounter with Dan C who set up my appointment for getting my auto start, He also was a pleasure to work with. The time I spent there wasn't long and the Team works like a well oiled machine! Very easy. Glad I made the drive to the dealership When we pulled into the parking lot, Chris was standing outside waiting for us to walk up. He greeted us and asked if we were here to meet somebody. I had spoke with Luis and told him I would be coming to look at a particular Chevy Traverse. Chris was looking for that one and also wanted to show us one that was a better package. I was a little unsure at first because that one was more than I was wanting to spend. We test drove the first one and it drove very nice and I was pleased with it. The other Traverse that Chris wanted to show me was a Blue one which I liked the color way more. We went back inside and he showed me some numbers. We got to a number that we all agreed upon and made a deal. Chris was knowledgeable about the Traverse and was patient with us. I was also pleased to see all of the traffic that was happening while I was still there. It is nice to know your buying a vehicle from a place that many others are as well. I was just like to say even if you don't know what you want give this dealership a chance. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I live an hour away and will be returning in the far future. More
