But Phillips has caring, honest (yes honest), helpful & knowledgeable staff that always make me feel "taken care of". Phillips has extremely competitive pricing across the board. All my cars (3 to be exact) all purchased at Phillips. Rami & Rafat are my go to guys, they make me feel like family. Service dept are detailed & efficient. Every time I pay Phillips a visit, all departments are very busy, but I never feel it...they always make time for me & give me the attention I need. Marty worked with us to find a great car in the target monthly payment we budgeted for. Once we found the car we wanted we went to finance and Yasin worked with us to get the right financing and warranty's in place to suit our needs. The dealership had such a great feel even though this is a good half hour from our house we will make this the place we bring our vehicle for all repairs and oil changes. We were pleasantly surprised with the customer service at Phillips. We were referred to Joe Luque by a friend and he was wonderful to work with. He didn't pressure us on features or after market accessories we weren't interested in, he just helped us find the best vehicle for us within our price range. In fact, I have purchased several cars and I cannot name not one time I had a good experience; not until my experience at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL. I came into the lot to purchase my daughter a car for her 18th birthday and I must say the customer service there was superb! From the initial phone call with Keith to sells rep (Joe Luque) to the financing depart (Emir Cordic), I was treating like a VIP purchaser. Joe made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and not just settling for nothing less than what I wanted. Joe was also my advocate in which he made sure I stayed within my price of affordability while helping me get the car that I wanted. Amir (financing) took his time explaining the loan details so that I can have a better understanding.
