Great Buying Experience I initially helped my father purchase a car here in the fall. I did a lot of searching on the internet and Phillips had the largest selection and the I initially helped my father purchase a car here in the fall. I did a lot of searching on the internet and Phillips had the largest selection and the best prices. On my first visit I explained I was looking at cars for my father to narrow things down prior to his visit. Al was very helpful and had everything set up for our next visit so my father had an easier time looking at vehicles. My father ended up purchasing a vehicle and I was so happy with Phillips service I knew I would come back when I was ready for a new car. This week I came in to look at a vehicle for myself. Al was working with another customer so Kevin helped with my search. I test drove a couple different cars and looked at a few others. Kevin discussed the differences in the products and I never felt rushed or pressured. I ended up buying the next day and the whole process went as smoothly as the first time. Kevin also took the time at the end of a Friday night to go over the tech in the car with me to make sure I understood how to work everything. They take the time to walk you through the whole process. Worked with Yasin for the finance portion of both cars and again he takes the time to lay everything out and makes sure any questions you might have are answered. More
