The communication from Micheal Stramaglia was phenomenal. I saw the car i was interested in online, sent a message to check its availability, and got sent a video and information of the car right away! I told him I would arrive around 3pm, and pulling into the lot, the car was right out front waiting for me to see. The paperwork process was very well explained and cleared up a few gray areas.
