Worst customer service. I wish I can give a 0 star review, I used to buy most of my cars from them but after my visit today I will make sure I never come back. I was received by a salesperson Elizabeth but her lack of communication and professionalism was a big issue with me. After more than 2 hours of just giving me the runarounds they just keep on telling me to wait for the credit report to come back when I know for sure the credit it's not a problem and still was never told ANY numbers of the truck I wanted to buy, they were looking for ways to do not honor their website prices and to add extra money when the credit it's not a problem but at the end still not numbers were given to me, not a single price, I was just told to make an appointment to come back tomorrow. worst experience ever. Please save your time and money with these unprofessional car dealer that are just trying to pray on "innocent customers". Bye Phillips Chevrolet. Also their referral program is a scam, after 2 years I still waiting "my referral check" for two purchases within my family. More

Friendly, courteous service I went in with a pre-qualification and expected to just look around. Antonio greeted me at the door with the biggest smile and started immediately sho I went in with a pre-qualification and expected to just look around. Christina was super amazing and thoughtful throughout the approval process and Henry worked hard to ensure my overall happiness. Within 90 minutes, I was driving away in my 2019 Chevy Impala. My experience at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing was rather pleasant thanks to Philip Derkacy! It began at the front entrance as I parked my car. He was a gentleman from that point on. Philip was very accommodating throughout the entire process. He made sure I was comfortable by providing me with my coffee fix, water and a bite to eat once I revealed I was diabetic.
