Nerves first time buyer! When I came in I was looking for the Sales Manager James which I had been speaking with over the phone for the past couple of weeks. I approached by Eric Pickett & he offered to assist me. At first I refused because I wanted to work with the sales Manager I had been corresponding with. I turned to leave & decided to work with Eric. Eric listened carefully to my concerns, wants, needs. Eric saw that I was scared but needed a vehicle. was very scared because it was my first car purchase from a major lot. After 2 test drives of 2 different vehicles, a heart to heart talk with & 3 hours of making sure I got the right vehicle for the right price. While I waited as Eric worked on my sale with the finance team. The salesman Desmond Johnson at the desk in front of Eric's kept me entertained with jokes & even charged my cell phone with his cellular charger. Tom the finance Manager was very detailed in explaining my financing contract & making sure warrenty fit my needs. I walked away with a brand new car.
