I could ask for a better experience! I came to Philips Chevrolet after having a terrible experience at another dealership. I was quoted an extremely high purchase price for a used car at I came to Philips Chevrolet after having a terrible experience at another dealership. I was quoted an extremely high purchase price for a used car at an even higher interest rate. Donna was so kind and compassionate to my situation. The last dealership I went to made me feel so bad about my student loans and shaky credit history. Donna didn't even mention that. She saw that I was a recent college grad ready to buy her first car and somehow was able to get me into a brand new 2017 Spark with monthly payments that fell under my budget. I will definitely be going to Donna again the next time I need a car! More

She is a very down to earth person who actually cares about the customer and put our needs first instead of just looking at us like another quick sale. I can't stress enough about how important this is. As car buying is a major financial step and potentially very stressful for a lot of people, (ie; us) Donna made us feel very calm and relaxed while going through our options, stayed in pocket within our budget and didn't try to oversell us on anything that we clearly couldn't afford.
