My salesman Michael Stramaglia helped me immensely. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. I have been looking for a fully loaded midsize SUV for my wife for a few weeks now and have gone to over ten different dealerships. Every other dealership tried to scam us and treated us terribly. I was just about done looking for new cars But then I went to Philips. Mike greeted us promptly and was attentive through the whole process. He was upfront about pricing which is why I decided to go with them opposed to other dealerships. The sale price online is the price I received. There were no gimmicks or price changes like I’ve experienced at every other dealership. He even went to Dunkin to buy us coffee before committing to a purchase. That is great customer service. Cristina in finance was also great! She gave us a detailed bill of sale in the very beginning of what we can expect to pay at different scenarios. Any questions we had she answered with ease! We had a trade in and they gave us top dollar for it. Even more than what we were expecting. I usually hate the car buying experience but Phillips really made me feel great about my purchase, the whole process, and that I was getting the best deal around. Their customer service is great! If you want to feel comfortable about the the whole new car buying process I suggest going to Phillips! More
