Restored my faith in Chevrolet dealerships! After dealing with three less than honorable Chevrolet dealerships in my attempt to purchase a 2017 Silverado 1500 LT Z71 (one of which I reported to After dealing with three less than honorable Chevrolet dealerships in my attempt to purchase a 2017 Silverado 1500 LT Z71 (one of which I reported to G.M. for unethical business practices) I found Phillips Chevrolet Lansing on the internet. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what it should cost. Phillips had the truck in the color and trim level I wanted at the most competitive price. Not only did they have the best price but made me aware of a promotion for an additional $400.00 in free accessories that I was able to take advantage of. I ordered the GM Accessories 20990097 Assist Step to be installed the next day prior to picking up my new truck. When Phillips found out the parts would not arrive in time at no fault of their own, they had someone drive two hours to pick up the parts so they could install and deliver my truck as promised. Prior to finding Phillips I was ready to start looking at other auto manufactures. I never write reviews but the combination of inventory, price and outstanding customer service is why I wanted to share my experience. More

Exceptional Customer Service Experience! Mike Stramaglia is the Ultimate Professional! When I met Mike; he greeted me at the door and I was there to see Eddie. Well I learned that Eddie was a Mike Stramaglia is the Ultimate Professional! When I met Mike; he greeted me at the door and I was there to see Eddie. Well I learned that Eddie was at lunch and Mike asked me to have a seat at his desk, but I didn't want to sit, and told him that I'd wait outside, he look befuddled, but I thought I'd wait for Eddie because he was the one I had spoke with on the phone. I found that Eddie works in their Internet Ssles and would be my salesperson, and his manager came and apologize for the misunderstanding, and I apologized to Mike if I appeared to be rude! Mike and I hit it off after that and he helped guide me to what eventually was a Great Desl and Great vehicle! He did not stop being professional and warm and friendly! We walked the lot; he had me text pictures of different color vehicles to my wife for approval; which she said no to several almost immediately, but that didn't deter Mike and he really came through with the exact color I was looking for and my wife loved it!
