Shopping for an SUV We walked into the dealership looking for a willing salesman, TJ PACOCHA greeted us promptly welcoming us. We told him we saw a JEEP online. Nestor really help this deal happened. The first time when My wife and me visit Phillips Chevrolet, the great service impressed us. Nestor was my sales, he didn't only introduce me the car The first time when My wife and me visit Phillips Chevrolet, the great service impressed us. Nestor was my sales, he didn't only introduce me the car but also gave me a nice guidance of the whole dealership let me felt part of the warm Chevy family which never been care about at other dealership before. During the following few days while I was still confused in choosing the chevy car or another brand car, Nestor contact me several times try to understand what my situation and what my concern was. And also try times by times to find solutions to lower the price to close to my budget. Not like other dealers just called me routinely to follow up but didn't do anything. Even on his day off, he was still message me to check if there's anything he could help me. At first my wife and me was not quite sure if this chevy car is perfect enough for our life. But Nestor's professionalism and sincerity was really touch us. Finally my wife told me if we choose another dealer we don't want to see that sense of disappointment on Nestor's face coz he's really a good guy. And then we took the car.
