First purchase from Phillips Chevrolet I was in the market for a newer vehicle. I was specifically looking for either a Chevy Equinox or a GMC Terrain. I visited several dealerships and wa I was in the market for a newer vehicle. I was specifically looking for either a Chevy Equinox or a GMC Terrain. I visited several dealerships and wasn't too happy with the high pressure I received from a few salesmen. That all changed when I visited Phillips. I met Barth Eastman one morning and I said "All I was doing was looking." Barth said "Ok, and if I had any questions, just ask." I did have a question and we spoke. He gave me his card and that was it. I then decided on 2 different vehicles from Phillips huge inventory. I visited the dealership once again. Barth and I spoke. A few days later I called Barth and said I was interested in 1 of the 2 we spoke about. The Terrain was at the Frankfort location, but Bart reassured me he would pick it up for me to look at. He picked up the vehicle on his day off!! Talk about dedication. I came in, drove the Terrain and was immediately sold on it. From the initial visit to the closing of the deal with Mark Hawkins, I was dealt with nothing but professionalism and both Barth and Mark made sure I was at ease with the deal on the Terrain. I would MOST DEFINATELY recommend the fine folks at Phillips to anyone in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle. Barth and Mark BOTH went above and beyond with me .
