Fantastic Experience at Phillips CJDR! We found online a used 2014 Jeep just like we had been looking for. Arriving from our 80 mile trip we found that it was exactly as described. It had been thoroughly detailed and was extremely clean. Even the engine oil had been changed and the engine compartment was spotless. When it came time for a test drive I appreciated the fact that I was just handed the keys and didn't have to go through a Third Degree Interrogation as to my qualifications. While the price was not entirely unreasonable it was a little more than we were prepared to pay. Our highly professional yet extremely friendly and quite personable salesman, Ronik Arroyo, was able to get approval of a price that was within our budget. During the test drive Ronik also had us stop at the Shell station and fill up the tank. It is inconceivable that we could have been treated any better anywhere else! More

Quick and Easy 4 weeks ago I began the process of buying a Ram 1500 truck with the new body style. After several disappointing experiences I went to Phillips CDRJ i 4 weeks ago I began the process of buying a Ram 1500 truck with the new body style. After several disappointing experiences I went to Phillips CDRJ in Ocala on a late Saturday afternoon. We spoke with Staci on the way there regarding a few models in their inventory that we had seen on there website. She asked that we contact her on arrival which we did. She sent Thomas Bivins out to assist us . Thomas was excellent. On his person he had the keys for the 3 vehicles we requested. Thomas allowed us to test drive all three vehicles, was knowledgeable about the product and was not in a hurry knowing that the dealership closed at 6 pm. At 5:30 PM we went up to discuss the price of the vehicle we selected and we were surprised to find out that the Low price they advertised was actually just that, no trade assist discount or dealer finance discount to get that price and thanks to Lou the sales manager for that. We already had financing pre approved and they were able to beat that as well. Dave in finance worked through the paperwork with two different colored highlighters in his right hand detailing where to sign while typing with his left hand. Impressive. Thomas had the truck prepped and informed us that the first two oil changes and one tire rotation were included with our purchase while we did paperwork. We we’re extremely satisfied with our deal and on our way home at 6:15 pm in time to watch the Gator Game. Thanks to all for a great buying experience. More
