Scheduled an oil change Tuesday October 22nd. When I pulled into service I was greeted by "is you keys in you truck?" I said "yes and how is your morning" with a response of "fine". John the Serv When I pulled into service I was greeted by "is you keys in you truck?" I said "yes and how is your morning" with a response of "fine". John the Service Supervisor took my information and said "we will call you in the waiting room". Neither said Good morning or how's your day, nothing. Once in the waiting room John walk in and on his way to the cash window shouted a name that no one heard. Dropped of the paper work and stated to walk by out when several customers "sir what was the name?". John turned and said" Santure" (my Last name) and walked out. I have has 12 oil changes at your location in the last 24 months, all of those times the service supervisor would say a name wait for the person to come up and review the service and answer and questions. Not this time. I sure your people work hard but your customer service sucks!!!!! I hope this finds the Service Manager and the Dealership Leadership team to use as a coaching moment. I have to drive 40 miles to get to your location would appreciate at least a Good Morning. I give you this feed back as I spent 35 years in the customer service business and would get frustrated because it's not that hard.. More
