I would highly recommend the service center at Phillips. I dealt with Jeremy Ulecki as the service advisor and he was wonderful. He stayed in communication with me on the diagnosis of the issues with my 201 I dealt with Jeremy Ulecki as the service advisor and he was wonderful. He stayed in communication with me on the diagnosis of the issues with my 2014 Ram Longhorn, which is a company vehicle. We dropped the truck off and had the results of the diagnostic the same day, along with the options for repair. We chose to have the engine replaced and the truck runs like a brand new vehicle now. I was unable to make it before the 5:30pm closing time to pick the vehicle up and I needed it the next day for one of my technicians to drive. After speaking with him and the cashier, they allowed us to pay for the repair over the phone and allow us to pick up the vehicle after hours. They were very accommodating to our needs and, as a local business that has quite a few Rams in our fleet, I won’t hesitate to take any other vehicles here. Again, the gentleman handling our service was Jeremy Ulecki… give that man a raise! More

The dealership is fast reliable and informative! I have not had an issue with getting my maintenance done in a timely manner! However, this time I had a tire that I put a plug in it after an emergen I have not had an issue with getting my maintenance done in a timely manner! However, this time I had a tire that I put a plug in it after an emergency and it started leaking air a few months after the repair, I asked them to check and see if it was leaking somewhere else and if they could repair it great if not it was fine and I could make it work until I can replace the tire. Well after them observing the tire it was in fact leaking from the plug I put in, instead of leaving it alone the removed the tire form the rim and wouldn’t put it back on, thankfully I had a spare or I wouldn’t have been able to leave the dealership because they wanted me to buy a tire to replace the one they couldn’t put back on. So I am out a tire and driving on a spare when the tire with a patch worked just fine I just had to put air in it once a week. More
