I am impressed and highly satisfied with Phillips Toyota. My 2001 Lexus was not running smoothly after a brief period of standing idle in the mountains of North Carolina. Kyle Smith immediately suspected tha My 2001 Lexus was not running smoothly after a brief period of standing idle in the mountains of North Carolina. Kyle Smith immediately suspected that mice/ rat had chewed up the gas lines. He was absolutely correct. The photos told the story. The damage was repaired in less than 24 hrs. I was provided with shuttle service back and forth while the repair was done. Kyle and the customer service were congenial and competent and made the entire process very easy.
