For the last couple of years that i’ve been a Toyota owner, I’ve had repeat outstanding experiences with the service center at Phillips Toyota. I purchased a new 2024 Tundra 4x4 in September 2024 and h owner, I’ve had repeat outstanding experiences with the service center at Phillips Toyota. I purchased a new 2024 Tundra 4x4 in September 2024 and have had it serviced every 5k miles at Phillips. Scheduling appointments online is super easy, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and my truck is ready right on time as promised. The service consultants (Brian Campbell and Jake O’Nell) have always been efficient with the check in process, have always kept me informed throughout the services, and have never pushed unnecessary services or upsells. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and care with dealer service centers. I always leave feeling confident that my truck’s in tip-top shape. It’s clear to me that the Phillips team values long-term relationships with their customers, they’re not in business for a quick sale like some service centers or national service chains seem to be. Phillips Toyota truly sets the standard for customer service and I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs! More

I arrived a little early but was greeted quickly and informed by the technician that my Highlander was up to date on factory recalls and approximately how long my service would take. I received a text message indicating my service was complete and shortly thereafter the service technician gave me my keys and I left. Very prompt- professional- and friendly. More
