Scheduling appointments online is super easy, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and my truck is ready right on time as promised. The service consultants (Brian Campbell and Jake O’Nell) have always been efficient with the check in process, have always kept me informed throughout the services, and have never pushed unnecessary services or upsells. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and care with dealer service centers. I always leave feeling confident that my truck’s in tip-top shape. It’s clear to me that the Phillips team values long-term relationships with their customers, they’re not in business for a quick sale like some service centers or national service chains seem to be.
