The technician David worked on my car. He identified the problem, took pictures of what was wrong and fixed the problem. He then checked the other brake and made sure it was placed on corr He identified the problem, took pictures of what was wrong and fixed the problem. He then checked the other brake and made sure it was placed on correctly. He was excellent. Rhonda was excellent for keeping me up to date with the problem with my car. Great job! More

Service was fine and they got it down quickly. But the little details could be improved upon. I had some bugs on the windshield and they ran the wipers and smeared the bugs all over. It would have been 5 stars to run it through the car wash real quick or at least clean the windshield after smearing the dead bugs. And stop sending me text messages at 7 am on the weekend for your review. More

Called Phillip Toyota to schedule a service, the service department were able to get me in the same day, when I showed up one of the service men asked a few questions and took the car in to work on it right department were able to get me in the same day, when I showed up one of the service men asked a few questions and took the car in to work on it right away. I was told I could wait inside the waiting area where they had coffee,soda and snacks, I grabbed some popcorn and a drink, watched a game show on the TV, and minutes later car was ready, all good to go in less than an hour! I'll be back! Thank you Phillip Toyota service department. More
