Best car buying experience since moving to Florida I used the TruCar buying service through Consumers Reports to make initial contact with Phillips Toyota and get an initial price quote on a vehicle. From the time my wife and I arrived at the dealership and through the whole purchasing process we were treated extremely well. Our sales representative was a pleasure to work with. I can only rate the Sales Department at this time, but I have to believe that their Service Department will be equally as good to work with. More

We are from Ohio and the leasing software was not designed to handle the Ohio tax regulations in terms of description and breakout on the lease document. The sales team did their job of getting us to make the decision on the first visit but after that things slowed down. More

We went for the test drive, agreed on a price a little lower than asking price. We paid cash and drove the car home with the top down!! The only thing that bugged me was the perfume that someone sprayed inside the car before we took possession of it, as I am highly allergic to chemical scents. More
